VINTAGE HATS OFF TO THE PAST AMOCO GAS OIL 1970's UNCLE SAM TICKET BOX DISPLAY

Description

Rare, estate sale find. Apparently this hat was part of an Amoco gas station promotion back in the 70's. More than likely was displayed in window as fading on one side is shown. Has slight insignificant crack by bottom hinge of opening door. Original tray inside included. Latch working on door perfectly to snap shut. Display piece made from hard plastic. Double sided tape on bottom used to hold down hat has dried up, although hat stands perfectly by itself as seen in picture.  Measures approximately 14 1/2" tall x 15 1/2" at its widest point. Some light rust around staples and some age related scuffs and marks, still all in all, a great visually displayable and rare piece of gas station memorabilia.  Buy as is.
