Affordable Binding Equipment
This is set of tying up boards for tying-up over the cords on the spine.
They are made of solid hardwood  and baltic birch plywood, laminated with hardwood veneers on the faces.  They are sanded and sealed with danish oil, and waxed to protect the surfaces.  The boards sit on a lip so they won't slip through your press.  They are sized to fit the  finishing press I sell but I can cut them down to fit yours. I can also custom build these longer to fit your press.  The one you see is representative of the one you will get.
Dimensions are:
Length:  15" (fits the finishing press I sell)
Overall height:  6-3/4"
Height under lip:  5"
Pins are brass with round heads
