    Description

    Spiral Stair, 60" dia. X 9' flr to flr, Steel with Steel Treads.. Condition is "Used". Pick up in Dallas, TX. Stair is in 3 sections (Landing, Middle and Base) and will need to be welded back together. All stair pieces are there. The steel treads have have carpet glued on all sides. This stair is very heavy (350# +) and very sturdy when when properly welded together and properly anchored in place. The center pipe column has an 8" base plate with 4 holes for anchor bolts. The handrail finial post also has a baseplate with holes for anchor bolts.
