The blade is made from hand forged patten folded steel-damascus steel(the blade is made by traditional way of making swords.)
The blade has been hand folded at least 11 times with 4000 layers so the blade is very hard and nice suitable for combat and cutting purpose.
The blade is blunt and stiff!
Stiff blade is used an oxtail dao, and flexible blade can be used for Tai Chi training!

The scabbard and handle are made out of solid aged sandalwood. A-grade selection!
The fittings are made form handmade solid brass.
