This creaser was purchased new by us and has very little use.
As you can see it is in near perfect condition, and can be inspected in Corona, CA.
It comes complete with 2 numbering heads and standard perforate wheels. Computer controlled to set crease, the unit "reads" the sheet, then you just say 1-2-3 creases, very easy.
Air fed Creaser, numbering, perfing, and scoring all on one machine!
Eliminate digital toner cracking. Crease up to 16 pts/350 gsm heavy cover. The impact crease bar compresses the toner and paper and bonds the 2 parts together so they will not crack.
Two Pneumatic numbering heads are strike pressure adjustable, run cool, have less breakdown and have a longer life span. Air compressor required. The 18" wide air feed accommodates large cover. 3"x5" feeds easily, up to 18"x22" and longer with more experience.
Bottom suction feed with a fixed rail means perfect page registration every time, resulting in straight perfing and creasing. Will take up to 4 perf assemblies with a variety of standard and micro blades available. Comes with 1 perf assembly with a 9 tooth per inch standard blade. Narrow margin perf assembly available. Burr flattening assembly available. Score assembly not included.
