Our CasePro Kit Hardcover System gives users the ability to manufacture there own casemade products in there own shop.  You can make hardcovers for many applications such as Yearbooks, Menus, Diploma Covers, Certificate Covers, Children's Books, Journals, Binders, Looseleaf Products and much more.
It consists of our main table which is constructed from Steel and is 48" W x 30” D.  Board placement tooling is mounted to the main table and has a slight elevation.
Includes Main table, Edge Folder, 48" WIDE Table for Super Large Covers ! Easy to Use Magnetic Guides for correct alignment !
Optional Add-on Hinge Fingers AS MANY AS YOU WANT FOR 5 PANELS, 7 PANELS, 10 PANELS OR MORE !!
24" Thermal Gluing Machine !! 13" Press (covers feed narrow side) !!
Operators can place there glued sheet under the tooling without having to raise & lower the main tool with every cycle.
Changing spine sizes is super easy.  Simply loosen the knob set screws & slide the fingers to your desired width.  That's it !
The back and side guides are set using heavy duty movable magnets to adjust as you need.  Edge Folding is also a breeze with an easily adjustable folding bar on the face of the machine.  This is adjustable to your required thickness.  How large of a product can you make ?
Well, what's 48" wide ? Huge !
The 24" thermal gluing machine plugs into a standard 110v outlet.  This machine applies a thin coat of glue on your sheet.  An exceptional bargain.
We've used this same glue machine to make 10's of Thousands of hardcovers over the years.  No need to clean the glue tank after each use.  Just power down the machine !
The 13" Press is used to squeeze the entire product together.
