ANTIQUE VICTOR FIBRE NEEDLE CUTTER 2 old boxes 200 Bamboo Needles + metal Needle

You are bidding on an antique Victor Fibre Needle cutter plus 2 old boxes and a bunch of needle, both bamboo and metal. I'm not an expert on these items and the cutter is untested but appears to be complete with blade, selling for a freind , an old family item. It shows some normal wear and aging as seen in the photos. The cutter came in the "His Masters Voice" box but it doesn't seem to fit properly in the box so guessing the box originally held a different attachment or part. The needles come in an old wooden box with a sliding lid. There are apprx 200 bamboo needle and a lot of metal needles as well but have not been counted.
