Rare Antique Brass Bookbinding Finishing Tool, Gold Gilt Embossing Stamp for Leather Books.  This antique bookbinding finishing tool is in very good condition.  The brass tool measures 1 1/2" long, inserted in a 6 1/2" x 3/4" wood handle.  The face of the tool is 3/4" wide x 3/4" high.  It is a gorgeous leather stamp of a fleur-de-lis with little flowers & leaves coming off of it.   This is an exquisite antique gold gilding finishing tool and a must-have for any bookbinder or antique tool collector. ***Be sure to check out the other antique gilding tools that I have listed.***
