This Category 6 shielded patch cable is designed to protect critical data from EMI (ElectroMagnetic interference), which is known to degrade, disrupt, or even interrupt connectivity.
Electromechanical devices, such as electric motors, transformers, magnets, and fluorescent lighting ballast cause this type of interference.
Shielded patch cables are suitable wherever stable data transfer is critical in this type of environment, and are especially useful in healthcare and manufacturing facilities.
These shielded cables are made of four twisted 26AWG pure copper wire pairs.
Each pair is foil shielded then 4 pairs are again braid shielded.
The double shielding structure provides ultimate EMI protection.
Snagless bubble design protects the locking tabs on the RJ45 connectors from being damaged or accidental snapped off.
The cables come UL verified and meets .TIA/EIA-568-C.2 Cat.6 standards.
